Brookeville Beer Farm

brookeville beer farm
Brookeville Beer Farm is a brewery in Brookeville, MD, a small town rich in history and hospitality.  Come and enjoy our variety of beers and brick oven pizza. We have outdoor and indoor seating.  We also have live music on certain nights.

The Farm

In Spring 2014, we began building our farm in the fields behind our brewhouse.  Our first hop-yard started it all, followed by patches of red raspberries and Shitake mushrooms.  Growth continued in 2015 by adding a second, larger hop-yard, blackberry and blueberry bushes, and honey-producing bee hives.

The Brewery

Our brewery is located adjacent to our tasting room in the main building. It’s home to a ten-barrel system. Just as our farm crops fuel our brewery, the excess brewing ingredients enhance our farmland as we enrich our soil with compost from the spent grain output from the brewing process.

Our Tap Room space offers both indoor and outdoor seating designed with rich wood beams and an octagonal hand-crafted oak bar. The outdoor open space environment has picnic tables and room to relax.  We are a family-friendly and dog-friendly (leashes required) brewery.

The brewery's beer selection is impressive, featuring a wide variety of styles and flavors. They have a rotating selection of beers on tap, including IPAs, stouts, pilsners, and more. They also have a selection of seasonal beers that are only available for a limited time. The brewery also offers a variety of non-alcoholic options like soda, lemonades and other non-alcoholic drinks.

Entertainment

The Brookeville Beer Farm also offers a variety of events and activities throughout the year. They have live music on the weekends, trivia nights, and other special events. They also open their farm for visitors to enjoy during the warm months.

Food

We offer a large selection of brick oven pizza. We make our dough in the traditional Neapolitan style with Italian 00 flour.

Our pizza sauce features tomatoes & our Brookeville Beer Farm Honey. Select pizzas contain farm grown Basil (when in season)
