Wayne Theatre

All forms of art may be admired and supported at Waynesboro’s top live entertainment performance facility. Please join us for a performance at the Wayne Theatre/Ross Center for the Performing Arts. As you can see, we’ve got a lot to be thankful for. Since it initially opened its doors as a vaudeville theatre in 1926, the Wayne Theatre has had a significant influence on our town. It was a small group of community members that saw the potential of the Wayne and worked tirelessly to bring it back to life, reopening it to the public in 2016. As a way of putting it, we like to say that the theatre’s restoration was done by, for, and returned to the community. The hope was that the restored theatre would serve as a community resource for people of all ages to learn, grow, be inspired, and be delighted. Website
