Tidewater Players
Harry Malin, the late founder of Tidewater Players, set it up in 1979. In the region, we are one of the longest-running community theatres. Over 50 plays and musicals were staged in the second-story Opera House on North Union Avenue in Havre de Grace, Maryland, until 2015. Theater techies, actors, directors, and musicians from Havre de Grace and the surrounding area are given a chance to perform and hone their craft while putting on high-quality shows for the benefit of the community. In other words, we’re a non-profit theatre group. We are a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, from our board of directors to our staff to our directors and performers. Website
